Know Which is an Original Viagra
The erectile dysfunction drug, Viagra, is the leading medicine under its category. Its record ensures safety and effectiveness. With these factors, there is no wonder that there are immitations of original Viagra that proliferate the market today.
How can you be sure that a bottle of Viagra pills that you have now is the real one? Here are some things to look out for:
1. This drug from Pfizer, comes in three (3) dosages: 25mg, 50mg, and 100mg. If the Viagra you have now has a higher or in-between these dosages, they are not authentic or original Viagra.
2. An original Viagra is not scored and has a hard coating, so you cannot possibly cut it even with a tough pill cutter.
3. An original Viagra is diamond-shaped and blue in color. You must see this word in one side: “Pfizer” and this codes on the other: “VGR 25″ or “VGR 50″ or “VGR 100.” The letter stands for Viagra’s acronym while the number, for the pill’s dose in milligrams.
These are the things that you should look out for an original Viagra. However, there are “generics” Viagra, that are sold in local pharmacies which are authentic, too. These generic Viagra goes with the generic name ‘Sildenafil Citrate.’ These generic medicines do not pose as a “branded” Viagra. They don’t copy the look of the pill and the information leaflet that goes along with the bottle, so expect a generic Viagra to look something different.
However, if a medicine claims to be a branded or original Viagra and don’t look or possess the qualities mentioned above, don’t buy it. For sure, it is a fake of the original Viagra.
